FAQ
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00PM to 2:00AM the next day, and check-out is by 10:00AM. For security reasons, the entrance will be locked at night. Please be sure to contact us if you will be arriving after 11:00PM.
Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
We can only keep your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. We are unable to accept refrigerated or frozen items.
Can you hear the train running?
Since our hotel is located under an elevated track, and all guest rooms are directly below the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and Yamanote Line, you can hear the sound of trains running. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
Can I mail my luggage to the hotel?
It is possible to send your luggage in advance.
We will accept your request from two days before your stay.
Please let us know the number of pieces of luggage in advance.
Please write the guest’s name and check-in date on the shipping slip, and be sure to pay in advance for shipping. (We cannot accept packages paid on delivery.)
