Hereinafter, these terms and usage guidelines, etc. shall collectively be referred to as "these terms and others."

3. When using the services provided on the official website and reservation site (hereinafter referred to as "official site"), these terms and conditions, as well as the official site's terms of use, membership rules, and other terms or agreements (hereinafter collectively referred to as "other usage rules, etc."), shall also apply. Please thoroughly confirm these terms and others when using the services.

4. The handling of personal information shall be in accordance with the privacy policy established by the hotel.

Application for Accommodation Contract

Article 2

1. When a customer applies for an accommodation contract with the hotel, the following information shall be provided to the hotel:

(1) Name, address, phone number, gender, age, date of birth, etc., of the guest

(2) Date of stay and expected arrival time

(3) Accommodation fee (typically based on the hotel's rate chart)

(4) "Consent Form for Accommodation of Minors" (if the person intending to stay is a minor, under 18 years of age)

(5) Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel

  • 2. If a customer requests an extension of the accommodation beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will consider it as a new application for an accommodation contract from the time of the request.

Formation of Accommodation Contract, Etc.

Article 3

1. The accommodation contract is formed when the hotel accepts the application made in accordance with the preceding article (hereinafter referred to as "guest" after the contract is concluded). However, this does not apply if the hotel can prove that it did not accept the application or if the hotel rejects or cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with these terms, even after the accommodation contract has been concluded.

2. When the accommodation contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may request the guest to pay a deposit, which shall be the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period, by a date specified by the hotel.

3. The deposit shall first be applied to the accommodation fee ultimately payable by the guest, and in the event of a situation subject to Article 6, it shall be applied to the penalty, and any remaining amount shall be refunded when the accommodation fee is paid in accordance with Article 13.

4. If the deposit specified in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified in the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effect. However, the hotel shall notify the guest of the payment deadline when specifying the payment deadline for the deposit.

5. If the person intending to stay is a minor (under 18 years of age), the hotel will only accept the application for an accommodation contract when the application is made in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article or when a "Consent Form for Accommodation of Minors" is submitted by a legal representative (such as a parent or legal guardian).

Special Agreement Not Requiring Deposit Payment

Article 4

1. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the hotel may enter into a special agreement that does not require the payment of the deposit after the accommodation contract has been concluded.

2. When the hotel accepts the application for an accommodation contract, and the hotel does not request the payment of the deposit as specified in paragraph 2 of the preceding article, or when the hotel does not specify the payment deadline for the deposit, it shall be treated as a special agreement under the preceding paragraph.

Refusal to Form Accommodation Contract

Article 5

The hotel may refuse to enter into an accommodation contract if a customer falls under any of the following items:

(1) When there is no room availability due to full occupancy

(2) When it is clearly recognized that the customer is an infectious disease carrier or there is a risk of infection

(3) When there are reasons as stipulated by laws, government guidelines, or ordinances of the prefecture

(4) When the registration of application details under Article 8, Paragraph 1 is not adhered to

(5) When there are false entries or suspected false entries in the registration details under Article 8, Paragraph 1

(6) When circumstances such as natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons prevent accommodation

(7) When there are acts contrary to public order and morals, criminal acts, violations of laws, or there is a risk of such acts

(8) When the individual or organization is designated as a specific organized crime group, designated organized crime group member, or related party under the "Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups" (enacted on March 1, 1992)

(9) When an organized crime group or related party controls business activities

(10) When a corporation has officers who are considered to be specific organized crime group members

(11) When there are acts of intimidating, threatening, or extorting the hotel or its staff with unjust demands of violence or similar behavior, or when such acts were recognized to have been performed in the past or there is a risk of such acts

(12) When a person is in a state of intoxication or engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests or third parties, or there is a risk of such behavior

(13) When the person intending to stay is a minor (under 18 years of age) and no "Consent Form for Accommodation of Minors" from a legal representative (such as a parent or legal guardian) is submitted

(14) When there is interference with the hotel's operations, damage to the hotel's reputation or brand, or harassment, including posting on social media with the intention of inciting outrage or controversy, etc., exceeding what is socially acceptable, through acts such as removal of facilities within the accommodation facility, demands beyond socially acceptable limits, defamation, slander, intimidation against staff, or any similar behavior

(15) When there is a violation of other terms and conditions

(16) When there is a violation of other usage rules, etc.

(17) When deemed inappropriate by our company for other reasons

(18) Any other reasons deemed inappropriate by our company

Guest's Right to Terminate the Contract

Article 6

1. A guest may request the hotel to terminate the accommodation contract.

2. If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice by 10:00 PM on the day of arrival (or two hours after the time specified for arrival, provided that it does not exceed midnight), the hotel may consider the accommodation contract as terminated by the guest.

3. In the event that the accommodation contract, in whole or in part, is terminated by the guest in accordance with the preceding two paragraphs (except when the hotel has specified the payment deadline for the deposit in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the guest cancels the contract before making such payment), the hotel may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. However, in cases where the hotel has agreed to the special agreement under Article 4, Paragraph 1, the obligation to pay the cancellation fee when the guest cancels the accommodation contract shall only apply when the hotel has notified the guest of such obligation.

4. The provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall not preclude the hotel from claiming damages from the guest.

Hotel's Right to Terminate the Contract

Article 7

1. The hotel may terminate the accommodation contract if the guest falls under any of the following items:

(1) When the guest falls under any of the items listed in Article 5 (except for item 1)

(2) When the guest fails to make payments as per Article 13, Paragraph 2

(3) When the guest does not adhere to the registration of application details under Article 8, Paragraph 1

(4) When the guest does not comply with the rules of use in Article 10

(5) When the guest engages in prohibited acts as stipulated in Article 11

(6) When the guest attempts to accommodate or use the facilities beyond the number of guests specified in the accommodation application

(7) When the guest engages in dangerous behavior in the sleeping room, such as smoking in bed or damaging firefighting equipment or when the behavior poses a fire hazard

(8) When the guest does not follow the instructions of the hotel's manager and staff

2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not preclude the hotel from claiming damages and cancellation fees from the guest.

Registration for Accommodation

Article 8

1. On the day of accommodation, the guest shall register the details of the application as per Article 2 at the hotel's front desk.

2. When a guest intends to make payments for the fees under Article 13 by means of accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or any other method substituting for currency, they shall present them during the registration as mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

3. In the course of using the hotel's services, the hotel may request personal identification through the presentation of public identification documents and other means, in addition to compliance with these terms and other usage rules.

4. For foreign guests without a registered address in Japan, in addition to their name, address, occupation, etc., the presentation or copy of their passport and information such as nationality and passport number are required, so please be aware of this in advance.

Room Usage Hours

Article 9

1. The hours during which guests can use the hotel's rooms are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day. However, in the case of continuous stays, guests can use the room for the entire day, except on the arrival and departure days.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may allow the use of rooms outside the hours specified therein. In such cases, an additional fee, as listed below, may be charged. However, if there is no availability for room use, the hotel may refuse requests from guests, even if they are willing to pay the additional fee.

Compliance with Rules

Article 10

In the lodging facilities, various usage rules such as in-house rules and rules for cafes/bars are established. Customers are requested to confirm and adhere to these rules in addition to the lodging agreement.

Prohibited Acts

Article 11

1. Customers, either directly or through third parties, shall not engage in the following acts:

(1) Registering or providing false information when using the hotel's services.

(2) Illegally using payment methods such as credit cards to use the hotel's services.

(3) Illegally obtaining or using personal information of third parties or membership benefits.

(4) Using the hotel for resale or business purposes, regardless of the purpose.

(5) Making a large number of hotel reservations and canceling them, or similar actions.

(6) Repeatedly making and canceling hotel reservations without valid reasons, or similar actions.

(7) Pretending to be the hotel or engaging in actions that may be mistaken as such.

(8) Illegally accessing systems or computers, or similar actions.

(9) Sending or posting harmful computer programs, or similar actions.

(10) Removing fixtures from the hotel premises, making demands beyond socially accepted limits, defaming or harassing staff, posting harassment on social media with the intent to cause harm or disrupt the hotel's operations, damage the hotel's reputation and brand, or similar actions.

(11) Coercive, threatening, extortionate demands against the hotel or staff.

(12) Acts that cause inconvenience, harm, or disadvantage to other guests, third parties, or the hotel, or actions that may pose such risks.

(13) Infringing upon the rights of other guests, third parties, the hotel's copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, privacy, personality rights, or other rights, or actions that may pose such risks.

(14) Engaging in acts contrary to public order and morals, criminal acts, violations of laws, or actions that may pose such risks.

(15) Demonstrating or assisting in the display of power by organized crime groups or engaging in such acts.

(16) Violating other provisions of these terms and conditions.

(17) Violating provisions in other terms and conditions.

(18) Other acts that the hotel deems inappropriate.

  • 2. If the hotel incurs damages as a result of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may seek compensation from the customer.

Business Hours

Article 12

1. The operating hours of the hotel's facilities and services will be provided through the official website, brochures, or notices in guest rooms.

2. The hotel may temporarily change the hours specified in the preceding paragraph when deemed necessary. In such cases, appropriate notice will be provided.

Payment of Charges

Article 13

1. The breakdown of charges that guests are required to pay, including accommodation charges, will be based on the hotel's standard rate table.

2. Payment of the accommodation charges and other fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph will be made by the guest upon arrival, when extending the duration of the stay, or when requested by the hotel, using currency or other methods of payment accepted by the hotel, such as accommodation vouchers, credit cards, and any other means.

3. If payment for accommodation charges and other fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph is not made, the hotel will not accept registration for accommodation, provision of accommodation-related services, or extension of the accommodation period.

4. Even if the hotel provides a guest room, and it becomes available for use, the accommodation charges will be charged if the guest does not stay.

5. In the case of accommodation plans that include breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the guest will be charged for the amount even if they do not consume or use it.

Inability to Provide Contracted Rooms

Article 14

1. In cases where the hotel is unable to provide the rooms contracted by the guest, the hotel shall, with the guest's consent, make every effort to arrange alternative accommodations with equivalent conditions.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodations, the hotel shall compensate the guest in an amount equivalent to the cancellation fee and such compensation shall be applied to the amount of damages. However, this shall not apply where there is no responsibility attributable to the hotel for the inability to provide the rooms.

Handling of Deposits and Valuables

Article 15

1. During the guest's stay, cash and valuables should be deposited at the front desk or kept securely under the guest's responsibility. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of cash and valuables caused by the guest's negligence.

2. In case of loss, damage, or theft of cash and valuables deposited by the guest at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate for the damage, except in cases of force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the hotel. However, the maximum amount of compensation in cases where the guest fails to provide information regarding the type and value of the cash and valuables despite the hotel's request shall be limited to 150,000 yen.

3. Fragile items such as artworks and antiques cannot be deposited with the hotel.

Storage of Guest's Baggage and Belongings

Article 16

1. If a guest's baggage arrives at the hotel before their check-in, the hotel shall store it at the guest's risk and hand it over to the guest upon check-in only after obtaining the guest's consent.

2. In the event that a guest leaves behind their baggage or belongings in the hotel after checking out and the owner is identified, the hotel shall contact the owner and seek their instructions. However, if there are no instructions from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, the hotel shall keep the items for a certain period and then handle them in accordance with the Lost Property Act.

3. The hotel's liability for the baggage and belongings of guests under this Article shall be subject to the provisions of the preceding Article.

Parking Responsibility

Article 17

When a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, regardless of whether the vehicle keys are entrusted to the hotel, the hotel merely lends the parking space and does not assume any responsibility for the management of the vehicle. However, in the event that the hotel causes damage due to intentional or negligent acts in the management of the parking lot, the hotel shall be responsible for compensation.

Guest's Responsibility

Article 18

If a guest incurs damages (including repair costs for facilities, loss of sales opportunities, and other damages, but not limited to these) to the hotel due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, the guest shall be obligated to compensate the hotel for such damages.

Hotel's Responsibility

Article 19

1. In the performance of the hotel accommodation contract, if the hotel causes damages to the guest due to its own fault, the hotel shall compensate for the damages.

2. The hotel is covered by innkeeper's liability insurance for handling unforeseen events such as fires.

Disclaimer

Article 20

If any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations include disclaimers, the Company shall be exempted accordingly.

Reporting to Police, etc.

Article 21

If a violation of these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations by a guest necessitates protection of the rights, property, and services of other guests and the hotel, the hotel shall take appropriate measures, including reporting to relevant authorities such as the police.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Article 22

1. The content of these Terms and Conditions may be changed without prior notice, so please be aware of this. The latest information is available on the official website for your reference.

2. If a guest uses the hotel after the content of these Terms and Conditions has been changed, the guest shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed content.

3. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions prior to the change shall apply to hotel accommodation contracts concluded before the change.

Severability

Article 23

1. Even if any part of these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations is determined to be invalid based on applicable laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations shall remain valid.

2. If any part of these Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations is determined to be invalid or revoked in a relationship with a certain guest, these Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations shall remain valid in relation to other guests.

Governing Law

Article 24

The validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law.

Priority Language

Article 25

These Terms and Conditions and other rules and regulations are in Japanese. In case of any discrepancy between the Japanese text and translations provided for reference, the Japanese text shall prevail, and the translations shall have no effect.

Consultation

Article 26

In the event of any issues arising in relation to the use of the hotel that cannot be resolved through these Terms and Conditions, the hotel and the guest shall mutually and in good faith engage in discussions to resolve such issues.

Jurisdiction Court

Article 27

All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the first instance, by mutual consent.

To maintain the public nature of our hotel and ensure the safety of our guests, we kindly request that guests adhere to the following rules:

Prohibited Activities

1. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises, as all rooms are non-smoking.

2. Do not use any open flames, heating devices, or irons that are not provided by the hotel.

3. Do not bring the following items into the hotel:

(1) Animals or pets of any kind

(2) Items emitting strong odors

(3) Bulky or large items

(4) Items that are flammable, explosive, oily, or otherwise hazardous

(5) Firearms or bladed weapons

(6) Items that may threaten the safety of other guests

(7) Items prohibited by law

4. Please do not use public spaces such as corridors, lounges, or cafes while wearing your room attire or slippers.

5. Avoid creating noise disturbances or engaging in noisy behavior that may inconvenience other guests.

6. Please use the lounge or cafe for meetings with external guests. Meeting in guest rooms is not allowed.

7. Do not engage in gambling or activities that disrupt public order.

8. Do not use hotel facilities, books, equipment, etc., for purposes other than their intended use without consulting the hotel.

9. Do not relocate hotel facilities, books, equipment, etc., to other locations without the hotel's consent.

10. Do not distribute advertisements, post notices, or sell items without the hotel's permission, except in cases where the hotel has an agreement.

11. Do not order food and beverages for delivery from outside the hotel, except when the hotel has a partnership.

12. In cases where minors are deemed to require supervision, the hotel may refuse accommodation.

13. Any actions that violate the terms of the accommodation agreement are strictly prohibited.

Failure to adhere to the above rules (1-13), despite warnings and advice from the hotel manager and staff, may result in the refusal of continued accommodation.

Important Notes

1. If you need to change your planned length of stay, please inform the front desk as soon as possible.

Cancellation or Modification of Reservations

Prohibited Acts

Payment of Fees

Accommodation fees must be settled when using the system or paid in cash or by credit card upon check-in at the hotel.

Acceptance of Penalty

In the event that a reservation is canceled or modified due to the customer's convenience, our company will charge a penalty (cancellation fee) as specified by our company:

2. Regarding the use of the system for corporate contracts, if there is a request for information disclosure about the usage situation from the representative of the contracting corporation (including the person delegated with authority), our company will assume that you have agreed to disclose the member registration information and reservation details (history) used as a corporate entity.

Changes to the System

Article 10

Our company may make changes to the system without prior notice to customers when deemed necessary. Therefore, we ask you to check these terms each time you use the system.

Temporary Suspension of Use

Article 11

Our company may suspend the use of the system without prior notice to customers in the following cases. Please understand in advance:

1. When maintenance or other work is performed on the system

2. When a natural disaster, geological change, or other emergency situation has occurred or is likely to occur

3. When our company deems it necessary to suspend use for other reasons

Hotel's Responsibility and Disclaimer

Article 12

1. When our hotel causes damage to a guest due to the performance or non-performance of an accommodation agreement or related agreements, our hotel shall compensate for the damage. However, this does not apply if the cause of the damage is not attributable to our hotel.

2. If our hotel is unable to provide the contracted room to a guest, our hotel will, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodations with conditions as similar as possible.

3. If our hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodations as mentioned in the previous paragraph, our hotel will pay the amount equivalent to the penalty as compensation to the guest, and this compensation will be deducted from the damage compensation amount. However, if there is no cause attributable to our hotel for the inability to provide a room, no compensation fee will be paid.

Other

Article 13

Regarding other terms and conditions related to further usage, they shall adhere to the accommodation agreement provided by the hotel.
